Getting to Know your VCE

Welcome to your Value Creation Engine (VCE), the platform used to create, publish and manage your offers, campaigns and more. Your VCE works in conjunction with other CRM systems to enable programs such as Loyalty, Segmented Offers, gaming and in-store promotions.  

Let's begin a virtual tour!

Login to your VCE (Value Creation Engine platform).

To enable Login, make sure a VCE administrator has set up a user for you in the system.

Once a user has been created, there are two login options:

1. Login with MCD SSO - If you have a MCD account, one click and you are in the system, or
2. Login by entering your email and password.

         

If you forgot your password, just enter your email in the Forgot Password display and we will send you easy steps to reset your password. Note: If you log in with a VCE generated password, you will be asked to change it upon first login.

After entering your login credentials, you are taken to your Dashboard. Here you have a complete overview of everything you need to know as a marketer to manage your Campaigns, Offers and stay up-to-date on all updates.

Notice the navigation bar at the top of your screen. These tabs are accessible from all pages of your VCE.
