Do you want to:
- Focus on the campaigns in Deployment Failed status to determine what needs to be corrected
- Review the Active Campaigns without Redemptions to ensure that all have been associated properly
- Or familiarize yourself with the latest Product and Location updates?
From one look you can:
- Identify issues
- View recent changes
- View redemptions
Let's look at the sample dashboard below:
Notice it is divided into three sections:
- Campaigns Overview
- Offers Overview and
- Updates
The descriptions below will help you better understand the value of each section.
Campaigns Overview
This section displays the real-time data of all your campaigns. Notice the breakdown within the section.
- The top focuses on the campaign statuses. You can click on any of the four statuses to be taken directly to the relevant index page. Review Active, Rejected and/or Deployment Failed campaigns and pay attention to the Pending Approval Campaigns. Not only do you see which may need your approval, but this also highlights the campaigns that are said to begin in the next 12 hours and may require more urgent attention.
- The middle focuses on the Alerts triggered in the system (for more information on Alerts, please click here).
- The bottom section displays all Active Campaigns without Redemptions.
Offers Overview
In this section, you see real-time data of your Offers overview. Click on any of the interactive rectangles to see the Rejected and/or Pending Approval offers. You will then be taken directly to the relevant index page for further details.
Updates
In this section, view the latest updates since the last sync (sync is updated once daily). Here we focus on all the Products and Locations as they relate to Offers and Campaigns.
Now that you understand your dashboard, let's move on to learn about Campaign creation and management.
